As of 7/1/2015 all Ohio schools submitting an application for a program change or revision must submit the application online through the Ohio Edvera system at http://oh.edvera.com/ If you have questions about the Edvera system please contact the Board office. Out-of-state schools with no Ohio locations notify the Board of any changes approved in the school's home state by letter or email.
